Our stay at the hotel was mostly a delightful experience, thanks to the welcoming vibe and a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely courtyard view, which we appreciated. The breakfast was a bit upscale for our kids, but the atmosphere was cozy. However, I did have issues during my stay, particularly with some service lapses and the cigarette smoke that seeped into our room, which really detracted from the luxury experience I was hoping for.
